Refund policy
Any damaged or faulty goods may be returned back to base for a replacement item.
You must send all items back in the original packaging that it had come in.
Warranties are specific to each item, check item descriptions for more information.
If products are misused, tampered with or incorrectly installed (or installed by an un-licensed electrician), No refund or warranty will be offered.
An electrical installation certificate from your electrician will be required as evidence of licensed installation.
Smart switches and power points come with a back to base warranty of 12 months
Change of mind refunds will not be accepted. Items must be faulty in order to be returned.
Items that are returned, tested as working and have been physically damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
All electrical items must be installed by a licensed electrician and a government based certificate of compliance must be supplied for any returns.
In the event of courier delays, there is little we can do. These delays are out of our control however we are happy to follow up with the courier to seek information for our clients.
