Postage is calculated by our 3rd party provider. 
If you are not happy with the postage costs, please contact us directly and we will take a closer look at the order.

Asthome will use Aramex as a standard service. If you would prefer your shipment sent via Auspost please communicate this with Asthome after the sale or leave a note at the checkout stage. 
Express postage will be sent via Auspost Express service.

Deliveries will be sent ATL as standard for orders under $400. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure a safe location is available for the courier to leave your order.
If you believe there is no safe location for your property, please request for "Signature on Delivery" in the checkout notes.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Contact Asthome directly for special order lead times and postage costs before processing your order. 
If an order is processed without communication, Asthome will automatically follow through with the order and have it posted out using the fastest available option.
