Make sure Bluetooth and location services on the phone are enabled.
OPTION 1. Press any button five times(on and off total 5 times); do not release your finger after the fifth press. Wait a few seconds until all buttons flash, then release your finger and search for the device within the gateway app.
OPTION 2. Try cut off the power, then within one minute of restoring power—open the app and search within the gateway
